Dr. Pete Norris and his wife (Pastor Anita Norris) are the founders and pastors of Harvest Fellowship Church (founded April 1996) and Pete Norris Ministries, Inc. Pete Norris Ministries is one of the outreach and media ministries. Dr. Norris also bagan an outreach feeding program called "Manna House" that has fed and clothed over 20,000 people in 2004 and to date, has distributed over 800,000 lbs. of food to the needy. Dr. Norris has earned several honorable degrees, such as a BA in Religious Studies, a Masters of Divinity, a Masters of Theology and a Doctor's degree in Theology.

Dr. Norris serves as the head of the Pete Norris Ministries Ministerial Association who ordains leaders (men and women) in the five-fold ministry. He founded Harvest Bible Training Center, a resource center used to teach the body of Christ how to function in the five-fold ministry to equip the saints. His weekly television program, "Power in the Word", teaches the body of Christ to walk in their destiny. He also writes a monthly newsletter entitled "Living Water".

Pastor Norris earned his Doctor in Theology in July 2004 at a Masters Graduate School of Divinity in Evansville, Indiana. He also has a gift of healing that he brings to the body of Christ. Dr. Norris and his lovely wife Pastor Anita, reside in Goldsboro, North Carolina with their two cherished children, John Thomas and Kasey.
